In macro photography, the subject can’t be small enough. Using special macro lenses, objects in miniature format can be displayed very large and in great detail. To capture such views with the human eye is impossible. In macro photography, also called close-up photography, the reproduction scale is between 1:1 and 10:1, depending on the macro or micro lens.
